Feelings of stress, anger, resentment, sadness, and fear are overwhelming, and it's hard to know where to start on your own. But you don't have to struggle alone. Psychotherapy provides you with the support, tools, and strategies you need to process your experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Many of the struggles we face are rooted in loss and change, whether that is the loss of identity, control, relationships, or career. By giving you a safe space to explore these difficult emotions and deepen your self-awareness without judgement, psychotherapy provides you with the help you need to take steps toward a fuller, more emotionally healthy life.
During your initial consult, our in-house Registered Psychotherapist, Breanne Griffin will meet with you to discuss your goals, her approach to therapy, and if you are a good fit to work together. With virtual and in-person therapy options available, Breanne will meet you where you're at and build sessions around giving you the type of support you need to navigate life's difficulties.
Please note that psychotherapy services do not direct bill insurance companies. Payment is due at the end of each session. You will receive a detailed invoice when payment is received which can be submitted to your health insurance plan if you have coverage. Please check with your insurance provider to see if you have coverage for a Registered Psychotherapist. Make sure to also check how much your insurance covers per session and per year!
