Our online booking system makes getting the care you need to get well and stay well seamless with a well-rounded team of health professionals and supportive administrative staff available 12 hours a day under one roof. When you book your first appointment at Hudson Integrative Healthcare, we will send you an email and text confirming your appointment and reminders before your scheduled appointment time to make your process stress-free. 

Our naturopathic clinic is a comfortable, welcoming space created with you in mind. Located in the heart of Stoney Creek, Hudson Integrative Healthcare is wheelchair and stroller accessible with onsite parking behind our building, free 2-hour street parking, and public parking across the street. As a new patient, we ask that you please arrive at the clinic 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out your health intake forms and clinic consent forms.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Welcome to Hudson Integrative Healthcare: healthcare that focuses on you.

When you book your first appointment at our clinic by phone or our online booking calendar, our scheduling system will send you a confirmation by email and text message and will send a reminder email 2 days before and a text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out the necessary health intake and clinic consent forms if not completed electronically beforehand.

We have free parking onsite behind our building, street parking in front which is free for 3 hours, and a large public parking lot across the street (behind the Legion) which is also free for 3 hours. 

Please come prepared for chiropractic, osteopathy, and acupuncture appointments by wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to make our hands-on treatments easier. For naturopathic consultations, please bring any relevant medical information such as lab test results, imaging reports, medication lists, and information about supplements you have at home. Patients can view upcoming appointments and review their appointment history as well as choose to be on a waitlist for any particular practitioner or service and be notified when the preferred date and times is available. If you have an online appointment within an hour of the appointment time a Begin button will appear to join the video call.

Electronic Intake Forms:
Patients can access and complete intake forms online before their appointments, streamlining the administrative process.

Document Access:
Patients have access to chart notes, treatment plans, exercise plans, and other supporting documents shared by practitioners.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our clinic will send appointment reminders via email and mobile phone messages at the time of booking and within the days leading up to your appointment to help you remember and keep your appointment times. 

To serve our community in the most efficient way, accommodate your needs, and respect the time that our practitioners have scheduled for you, we have a cancellation policy as follows: 

You are responsible for your appointment times and are asked to kindly give more than 24 hours notice to make changes so that we may accommodate other patients in need in the time we had reserved for you.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment: you are subject to pay the full visit fee as a 'missed appointment fee.'

If you give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment time, you are subject to pay only half of the visit fee as a 'late cancellation fee'. Note: If you are ill and need to reschedule to a later date, you will not be charged. We appreciate your proactive steps to prevent the community spread of infections and will reschedule you when you are recovered.

If you give us more than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged and can easily reschedule at your next earliest convenience.

Direct Billing
Direct billing simplifies the payment process for patients by allowing healthcare providers to bill insurance companies directly for the services rendered, reducing the financial burden on patients, as they only need to pay their portion of the costs upfront, if applicable, and saves time. Patients don’t need to go through the process of paying upfront, submitting claims themselves, and waiting for reimbursement when their policies accept direct billing through the direct billing services we use.
