About Our Clinic
Hudson Integrative Healthcare is a collaborative wellness clinic based in Stoney Creek. We bring together licensed professionals in naturopathic medicine, chiropractic care, osteopathy, psychotherapy, and BIE—working as a team to support your health from every angle.
The word integrative in our name reflects our belief that the best care happens when practitioners work together—with each other and with you. By combining multiple modalities and perspectives, we create a broader, more collaborative path of tailored support and expertise to meet your concerns and goals.
Our approach is whole-person and patient-centered. We focus on what matters most to you, building care plans that are personalized, practical, and well-connected across disciplines.
We offer in-person visits at our clinic, along with virtual care for patients across Hamilton, Niagara, and beyond.

Our vision: creating a healthcare home for you
When my husband, Sean Kosak, and I founded HIH, our goal was to create a space where patients could access collaborative, whole-person care in one place.
Early in my career, I saw how fragmented healthcare could be. Patients were bouncing between clinics, trying to coordinate different providers, and struggling to find a plan that made sense. I wanted to change that.
We built this clinic to bring everything together. A place where licensed professionals work as a team. Where natural medicine and manual therapies support real progress. Where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of their health.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing our team help people feel better, get answers, and take confident steps toward long-term wellness. I hope when you walk through our doors, it feels like a place where your health truly matters.

What types of services do you offer?
We offer naturopathic care, chiropractic, osteopathy, psychotherapy, and BIE, along with professional health products and lab testing. Care is available in person and virtually, depending on the service.
Do I need a referral to become a patient?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with any of our licensed practitioners.
If you’re a patient seeking a referred service from one of our naturopathic doctors with prescribing rights —such as vitamin B12 injections or hormone replacement therapy—your current naturopathic doctor is welcome to send a referral form on your behalf to access this extended scope of care.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Most of our services are covered under extended health benefits, and we offer direct billing to a wide range of insurance plans. However, some services—such as psychotherapy and BIE—may not be eligible for direct billing through our clinic, and some insurance policies do not accept direct billing at all. Because coverage and eligibility vary by provider and individual policy, we recommend reviewing your plan details in advance and being prepared to pay for your appointment if necessary. Our team is happy to help coordinate your coverage and make the process as smooth as possible.
Can I book virtual appointments?
Yes. Virtual care is available for naturopathic and psychotherapy appointments across Ontario.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you’re unsure where to begin, we encourage you to take our quick online quiz—it’s designed to match you with the practitioner best suited to support your unique concerns and goals. You also have the option to book a complimentary consultation (in-person or by phone) with many of our practitioners to discuss your needs and get a feel for what working together would be like.
Where is the clinic located?
We’re located in Stoney Creek and serve patients from Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas. Free parking is available on-site, with additional free parking on the street in front of our clinic and in the large public lot across the street—accessible from both Lake Avenue and Mountain Avenue South.
