Dr. Ceilidh Flanagan (pronounced “Kayley”) is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor providing evidence-informed, patient-centered virtual care across Ontario, with a focus on metabolic health, hormonal concerns, fatigue, stress, and burnout.
Dr. Ceilidh works with patients who are looking for a more personalized and supportive approach to their health. Many of the individuals she sees feel overwhelmed, stuck, or dismissed and are seeking clearer answers, sustainable solutions, and a better understanding of what may be contributing to their symptoms.
Her approach combines detailed case taking, appropriate lab testing, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, targeted supplementation, and ongoing support to create individualized treatment plans that are realistic, practical, and tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Dr. Ceilidh values patient education and collaborative care, helping patients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved throughout their health journey.
Dr. Ceilidh is passionate about creating a supportive and accessible space where patients feel heard, understood, and cared for, while providing clear guidance grounded in both clinical evidence and individualized care.

Qualifications
Dr. Ceilidh Flanagan obtained her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. During her fourth year, she completed her clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, where she participated in the Sports Medicine specialty shift. She also did a month-long externship working under a seasoned ND in her home province of New Brunswick. She continues to pursue continued education in a multitude of areas to maintain best evidence-based practices for the many concerns she supports in her practice.
Dr. Flanagan is a professional member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and a practicing member of the College of the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario (CONO).
Services
Dr. Flanagan offers virtual consultations to patients across Ontario, with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments available. She utilizes motivational interviewing and behavioural coaching techniques to support her patients in making diet and lifestyle changes. She runs standard and specialized lab tests to investigate internal health further, while providing an in-depth review of results with her patients. She also prescribes key herbal and nutrient supplements in an individualized way to help encourage and expedite patients’ journey to healing.
