Position Overview
As a Remote/Virtual Registered Psychotherapist with Hudson Integrative Healthcare, you will:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-informed psychotherapy to clients across Ontario via a secure virtual platform.
- Work with clients on a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, life transitions, and general emotional wellness.
- Implement individualized support using best practices in psychotherapy.
- Offer your expertise to support specific client populations or clinical health concern niches, which may include:
- Couples therapy or family counseling
- Pediatric or teen clients
- Fertility, perinatal, and postpartum mental health
- Perimenopause or menopausal life transitions
- Collaborate with the clinic administrative team to manage bookings, session scheduling, client inquiries, and follow-up.
- Coordinate care with other health professionals as needed to support integrative treatment plans.
- Participate in clinic-led marketing initiatives to promote your niche and grow your virtual client base.
Specialization / Niche as an Asset
We strongly encourage applicants to have a special area of interest or expertise that can be clearly advertised to attract clients efficiently. This is particularly important in a virtual setting where clients often search for therapists with a defined focus.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing as a psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or equivalent recognized professional body.
- Minimum of 3–5 years clinical experience preferred; new graduates with a clearly defined niche are welcome.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills.
- Comfortable providing care virtually using secure telehealth platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote practice independently while collaborating with a clinic team.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
